    Choose a Unique Name for Your NGO

    Prepare Required Documents

    For Trust:

    Register Your NGO

    Trust Registration:

    • Get the Trust Deed printed on stamp paper.
    • Execute the Deed with signatures of all trustees.
    • Submit the Trust Deed and documents to the local registrar office.
    • Pay the registration fees.
    • Get the Registration Certificate.

    Society Registration:

    • Prepare MOA and Rules & Regulations signed by at least 7 members.
    • Submit the application with documents to Registrar of Societies.
    • Attend hearing if required.
    • Pay prescribed fees.
    • Receive Society Registration Certificate.

    Section 8 Company Registration:

    • Apply for name approval on MCA portal.
    • After name approval, file Form INC-12 (Application for License under Section 8).
    • Submit MOA, AOA, declaration, and other documents.
    • After license approval, file incorporation forms (SPICe+).
    • Receive Incorporation Certificate and Section 8 License.

    Obtain PAN & Open Bank Account
    • Apply for PAN in the NGO’s name.
    • Open a bank account in the NGO’s name with the registration certificate and PAN.
